Ashlee' Joseph is a native of Jacksonville, FL. She holds a Bachelor's degree in child psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in school counseling. ​She began her dance training at the age of 7 and received formal training through the Florida State College of Jacksonville dance program. She has training in all major dance disciplines, but her concentration is lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and jazz dance.
 

Ashlee’ founded Judah Dance Conservatory in 2010 after seeing the need for youth to have a positive outlet and the ability to display their gifts in a way that allows growth and development. Judah Dance Conservatory also exists to produce youth that will develop in character and provide an avenue to train youth for leadership.

Ashlee’ also leads the dance ministry department in her church, and is a member of the Beautiful Feet Arts Company. Her other performing arts experience includes theater stage management and choreography for various production companies in Jacksonville and being a featured dancer in the rap artist Big Fil’s music video entitled “New Lights”. Ashlee is also the recipient of the C.D. Kinsey, Joel Generation award which was presented in 2017. Her most recent community recognition was receiving the ACHI Magazine “Choreographer of the Year” award (2018).

Ashlee’ Joseph’s philosophy in life is that if we resolve to fulfill God's purpose for our existence, we will never be defeated.
